CALIFORNIA KIDS TO KIDS is a non-profit educational development corporation devoted to creating world-class student Travel Adventure Events for high-potential California high school and college students, ages 15-24, to California, United States and international destinations.
Our trips are led by experienced educators, and feature cultural, developmental and interactive opportunities custom-designed for each travel group.
We are now planning Summer 2010 student travel adventures for domestic and foreign destinations such as New York, Washington D.C., Hawaii, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
For the younger set we encourage closer destinations such as San Francisco, Monterey, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Yosemite. We also create student exchange opportunities between Southern California and Northern California, and between community colleges in Hawaii and California.
Our program emphasizes small groups, attractive destinations, high-potential students, and developmental educational components at the destination. Each Travel Adventure Event is governed by a Travel Syllabus. The students themselves take major responsibilities.
The result is an awesome adventure experience filled with fun and excitement that will change our students’ lives!

CALIFORNIA KIDS TO KIDS
Inspired by the Rotary International Student Exchange Program, CKK was incorporated in June 2004 by Ted L. Kromer, a Stanford graduate and former international high-tech Human Resources Director in the Silicon Valley, who is now on the Faculty of the College of Business at California State University Chico. His vision is to take groups of students back to the destinations he enjoyed so much during his 30 years of international business travel. CKK is an active participant in the SBA California Small Business Development Corporation and the Society for Human Resource Management.
